MEDICS BIG BAND
Big Band is the original Galenicals music ensemble- anyone is welcome, any level, in particular brass, saxophones, clarinets, singers and rhythm. We generally play at the big annual medic events, last year this included the medics Christmas party, the intercalator’s dinner, and the medics graduation ball. It aims to be a fun, social group as well as playing some well loved big band classics such as New York, New York, Moon River, Michael Jackson’s Thriller and Final Countdown. Rehearsals are generally on Sunday afternoons from 5-7 at the DHB. Sign up at medics fresh, or come along to our first rehearsal in the Autumn term 2010 on October 17th.
